Marinade for grilled fish with soy sauce
1 serving
10 minutes
The main target of this marinade is any red fish, from pink salmon to salmon and from sockeye salmon to char (you can find out how to cook salmon on the grill here). Soy sauce, supported by mustard and lemon, saves salmon from a noticeable specific flavor, which especially picky eaters call the flavor of fish oil. And this despite the fact that the fish is not even baked in the marinade, but only kept in it for a minimum amount of time. If desired , you can serve the grilled fish with green onion feathers, also slightly burnt on the fire. Then something Chinese will appear in this fiery dish.

1
Mix soy sauce and lemon juice.
- Soy sauce: 5 tablespoon
- Lemon: 1 piece
2
Add honey (if it's too thick, slightly melt it by placing the bowl near the fire or in the microwave), add mustard and mix to combine, then add thinly sliced ginger and chopped cilantro.
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Grainy mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Ginger: 1 piece
- Coriander: 1 bunch
3
Season with pepper to taste.
- Ground black pepper: to taste
4
Leave the fish in the marinade for 20 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for 1-2 hours before grilling.
