Cleansing Pesto Sauce

Soak sesame seeds in warm acidic water for 12 hours. Drain the water and rinse the seeds thoroughly. Roast in a pan until lightly golden.
- Basil leaves: 1 glass
- Lemon juice: 30 ml

Add olive oil if necessary. Add sea salt. Cover tightly with a lid and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the sauce infuse. If you need to leave the sauce overnight, pour a thin layer of olive oil on top to prevent the sauce from losing its color.
- Olive oil: 0.3 glass
