Blend quail eggs, mustard, lemon juice, 5 ml white balsamic vinegar, and 500 ml vegetable oil.
- Quail egg: 8 pieces
- Mustard: 10 g
- Lemon juice: 5 ml
- White balsamic vinegar: 15 ml
- Vegetable oil: 515 ml

Prepare a sauce from roasted peppers. Roast the peppers well, strain through a sieve, and add salt, 10 ml of balsamic vinegar, and 5 ml of soy sauce to this mixture.
- Chili pepper: 300 g
- Salt: 2 g
- White balsamic vinegar: 15 ml
- Soy sauce: 30 ml

Prepare a sauce from fried onions. Pour the onions with 15 ml of vegetable oil, salt them, scorch and grill them. Chop finely with a knife. In a blender cup, add 25 ml of soy sauce, lime juice, and the scorched onions. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve and mix with mayonnaise.
