Place egg yolk, mustard, honey, carob syrup, mitsukan, chili pepper, and soy sauce in a blender and blend on low speed.
- Egg yolk: 2 pieces
- Dijon mustard: 100 g
- Honey: 250 g
- Carob Powder: 90 g
- Mitsukan sauce: 200 ml
- Dried chili peppers: 3 g
- Soy sauce: 25 ml

Turn on the blender at full power and slowly pour in the chilled grape seed oil and sesame oil. Whip until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
