Wash the chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel. Cut into 3 medium-sized pieces and marinate in spices for about 20 minutes. Wash the lettuce leaves and tomatoes, and slice the tomatoes into round slices. Cut the buns in half and grill them on both sides.
- Chicken breast fillet: 2 pieces
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Green salad: 1 bunch
- Hamburger bun: 3 pieces

For the sauce, mix mustard, sour cream (or natural yogurt), squeeze in garlic, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.
- Dijon mustard: 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream 20%: 6 tablespoons
- Garlic: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Fry the bacon on both sides in a dry pan, then fry the chicken breast here by adding a little oil, 2 minutes on each side. To prevent the bacon from burning, it can be placed on top of the chicken while frying (it will absorb the aroma of the bacon). The inside of the breast should remain juicy.

Spread sauce on each half of the bun. On the lower sauced part, place salad, then chicken breast and bacon. On the top, add salad and tomato slices. Carefully join both parts and secure with a skewer for strength.
