For the mayonnaise, we mix a pinch of salt, the juice of half a lemon, mustard, and an egg in a large glass. We turn on the blender at medium speed and slowly pour in 150 ml of vegetable oil. After 1 minute, the thick homemade mayonnaise is ready.
