Spicy chicken quesadilla is a true embodiment of Mexican cuisine, where juicy pieces of chicken are sautéed with aromatic spices, garlic, and jalapeños. This spicy flavor combines with the tender melted mozzarella cheese, creating a rich texture and vibrant taste nuances. The quesadilla is complemented by fresh salsa enriched with tomatoes, onions, and Tabasco, adding extra heat and freshness. The dish is perfect for a hearty dinner or friendly gatherings. It not only satisfies hunger but also offers vivid gastronomic experiences reminiscent of the sunny streets of Mexico City filled with spicy aromas and warm flavors of home-cooked Mexican food.

We place two pans (one with filling for heating, the other clean for frying the tortilla without oil until crispy). After frying, we place the tortillas on a board next to each other. In the pan with the filling, we add all the cheese and mix. Then we transfer the filling to the first tortilla, cover it with the second, and cut it into 8 pieces.
