Cheeseburger with grilled veal cutlet
1 serving
30 minutes
The grilled beef cheeseburger is a symbol of modern American cuisine, blending street food traditions with restaurant quality. It dates back to the burger's origins in the 20th century when grilling became a key element in meat preparation. The juicy beef patty grilled to perfection takes on a deep smoky aroma and becomes tender and rich when paired with melted cheese. The crunchy sesame bun, fresh lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and pickles add textural contrast and a refreshing balance of flavors. Ketchup and mustard provide a spicy kick, making the taste layered. This cheeseburger is the perfect choice for both a cozy dinner and a quick snack, offering rich gastronomic pleasure.

1
Chop the garlic in any way (with a knife or a press).
- Garlic: 0.5 head
2
Season the fresh minced meat with salt and pepper, add chopped garlic.
- Ground veal: 100 g
- Salt: 0.5 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper: pinch
- Garlic: 0.5 head
3
Form a wide and thin patty (the meat will rise on the grill).
4
Without greasing the grill pan with oil, place the patty and fry for about 7 minutes on each side (it's better to flip it just once). Covering the grill with a lid will make the meat juicier.
5
While the meat is frying: cut the bun in half (it's better to leave the top layer slightly larger than the bottom so the burger doesn't fall apart). Spread ketchup and mustard on each side in equal proportions.
- Sesame bun: 1 piece
- Ketchup: 2 teaspoons
- Mustard: 1 teaspoon
6
Place lettuce leaves on the bottom piece of the bun, then onion rings, the cooked patty, cheese, tomato slices, and cucumber rounds. Cover with the second half of the bun.
- Iceberg lettuce: to taste
- Onion: to taste
- Cheese: 30 g
- Tomatoes: to taste
- Pickles: to taste
7
You can heat it in the microwave for a few seconds.
