Remove the skin from the chicken. Separate the meat from the bones and cut it into small pieces. Cut the tomatoes into wedges and remove the seeds and excess liquid.

In a pan, mix barbecue sauce, jam, and chili. Place over medium heat, add chicken, and cook, stirring, for about 5 minutes.

Slightly toast the bread on the grill. Remove the chicken from the heat.
