Heat a pan with olive oil, thyme sprigs, and garlic cloves - sauté the garlic slightly to make the oil aromatic.

Cut the bell pepper into small segments and the onion into half rings. Send them to the frying pan.

To steam the vegetables, add beer to the pan: it adds flavor and the vegetables will stop frying and start steaming.

After 5 minutes, add finely chopped chili pepper, cilantro, and parsley to the pan.

Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper, place it on the grill, and cook until medium.
