The original version included apples, celery, and mayonnaise, later adding walnuts. Our version is enriched with baked chicken fillet, crispy romaine lettuce, fresh vegetables, and juicy red grapes, creating a harmony of sweetness and spiciness. The crunchy baguette adds textural pleasure while the mayonnaise provides a delicate creamy consistency.
