Avocado, Peach and Radish Salad

A beautiful and elegant salad. Peach and radish are taken in equal proportions, this, at first glance, strange union is well held together by a tart sauce prepared on the basis of sesame oil and rice vinegar.

Put tofu, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Tofu: 100 g
- Rice vinegar: 30 ml
- Soy sauce: 30 ml
- Honey: 80 g
- Sesame oil: 80 ml

Clean cucumbers, radishes, celery, peaches, and avocados. Cut everything randomly, chop the celery smaller than the rest. Do not peel one radish and slice it into rings for decoration.
- Cucumbers: 120 g
- Radish: 120 g
- Celery stalk: 1 piece
- Peaches: 120 g
- Avocado: 1 piece

Mix the chopped vegetables with the sauce and add toasted sesame. In a separate bowl, dress the salad leaves with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Sesame: 12 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Olive oil: 25 ml

Place salad leaves at the bottom of the plate, add vegetables with sauce on top, and garnish with radish slices and sesame.
