Chop all the vegetables for the salad as finely as possible: red and green bell peppers, red onion, tomatoes. In a large bowl, mix the legumes. Add all the other vegetables and chopped cilantro to the bowl and gently mix.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Green bell pepper: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 4 pieces
- Chopped cilantro (coriander): 0.5 bunch
- Canned black beans: 200 g
- Canned Black Eyed Beans: 200 g
- Canned corn: 300 g

To dress the salad, mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Dress the salad with the prepared dressing, mix well, cover with a lid (or film), and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Extra virgin olive oil: 100 ml
- White wine vinegar: 50 ml
- Sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Ground chili pepper: pinch
