Boil the meat, cool it down and cut it into strips. Peel the onion, slice it into half rings, place it in a bowl and soak in vinegar for 15 minutes.

Cut the cucumbers into strips. In a bowl, mix the meat, onion, cucumbers, and cilantro. Add salt, pepper, dress with vegetable oil, and mix everything.
