Salad with smoked chicken, champignons and carrots

Salad with smoked chicken, mushrooms, and carrots is an exquisite combination of flavors that surprises with its depth and harmony. Smoked chicken gives the dish a rich, slightly salty taste with a smoky hint, while sautéed mushrooms add a mushroom aroma and velvety texture. Carrots, slightly caramelized during frying, bring natural sweetness that balances the spiciness of pickled cucumbers and onions. Dressed with mayonnaise, the salad becomes tender, enveloping, and truly filling. This recipe fits perfectly into European culinary traditions where the balance of flavors and textures is valued. This salad will be an excellent option for a festive table, picnic or cozy family dinner as it not only satisfies but also delights with its aroma and aesthetic appearance.
