Avocado Greek salad is a fresh, light, and flavor-rich masterpiece of Mediterranean cuisine. Its roots trace back to Greek gastronomic traditions where the simplicity of ingredients reveals their true taste. The classic Greek salad is enriched with creamy avocado that adds tenderness and richness. The sweetness of tomatoes, the crunch of cucumbers, and the spiciness of red onion create a perfect balance, while olives add a rich Mediterranean note. Feta cheese makes the dish truly Greek, and olive oil and lemon juice complete the harmony of flavors. This salad is perfect as a standalone dish or as a side to fish or meat.
