Lightly salted salmon with apple is an exquisite dish of Russian cuisine that combines the tenderness of salmon with the refreshing taste of apple. The origins of such a combination trace back to the traditions of Russian feasts where light yet nutritious dishes were valued. Salmon, rich in healthy fats, pairs excellently with the sweet-sour apple, creating a balance of flavors. The composition is complemented by crispy salad leaves, spicy sweet pepper, the softness of cheese, and the lightness of mayonnaise. This dish is not just a salad but a true gastronomic delight suitable for both everyday dinners and festive tables. Layered presentation makes it aesthetic while the freshness of ingredients is pleasant to perceive. Each bite reveals a play of textures and shades leaving a delicate aftertaste.
