We wash the salad leaves in a colander and let them dry.

We cut the canned artichokes into 4 pieces.

We cut the pear into thin slices. About 0.3 cm, 5-6 slices are enough.

Take any wine or water, pour it into a small pan so that the liquid covers the bottom by 1 cm and add sugar to taste, boil the syrup, once it boils, add the pear to the syrup and wait for the liquid to evaporate; you can replace the pear with an orange.

Mix salad with artichokes, feta, capers (5-6 pieces max), and pear on top. Sprinkle everything with sweet pink peppercorns, salt with pink salt (or just ground sea salt), and pine nuts.
