Boil the lentils until cooked, about 15 minutes.
- Lentils: 200 g
- Vegetable broth: 1 l

Drain and then transfer to a large bowl. Bring salted water to a boil in a pot, add broccoli and cook for 1 minute, add beans and peas and cook for another minute. Drain, then cool under cold water. Pat dry and then add to the bowl with lentils.
- Broccoli cabbage: 200 g
- Soybeans: 140 g
- Peas: 140 g

Mix the ingredients for the dressing. Drizzle the lentils and vegetables with the sauce, then mix with chopped chili pepper.
- Sesame oil: 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Soy sauce: 40 ml
- Ginger root: 0.5 teaspoon
- Transparent honey: 1 tablespoon
- Red chili pepper: 1 piece
