20 minutes
This Mediterranean salad with apple and grilled endive is a true symphony of flavors. Crispy apple slices caramelize over the fire, revealing their sweetness, while endive takes on a slight bitterness that perfectly complements the tangy apple cider vinegar and aromatic oregano. Fried onions add a rich flavor to the dish, while vegetable oil makes it tender. This salad can be served as a light appetizer or a side dish to meat and fish dishes. With its balance of sweetness, acidity, and freshness, it will be a vibrant addition to any table, reminiscent of warm evenings by the Mediterranean Sea.
