A famous salad, without which no holiday table can do. History has not preserved the original recipe, so now there are as many variations of Olivier as there are families, and each of them is wonderful in its own way. Try our method.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Boil the beef in salted water.
- Beef: 300 g

Boil the potatoes and carrots separately.
- Potato: 400 g
- Carrot: 3 pieces

Boil the eggs.

Cut the boiled meat into small cubes.

Vegetables should also be diced into small cubes. For beauty and harmony, the ingredients need to be cut into cubes of the same size.

Mix all prepared ingredients with a silicone spatula to avoid breaking their shape.

Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper to taste
