Pasta puttanesca salad is a harmony of flavors born in the hearts of Italian cuisine. Puttanesca, known for its bold and rich tastes, is traditionally made with tomatoes, olives, capers, and garlic. In this version, it transforms into a light yet nutritious salad where farfalle pasta serves as the perfect base for Mediterranean aromas. The sweetness of cherry tomatoes combines with the spiciness of capers and the depth of olives, while garlic and basil add freshness and richness. Delicate olive oil binds the ingredients together, creating a dish that can be served chilled – an ideal option for a summer dinner or light lunch. This salad not only delights with its taste but also brings the feeling of Italian sunshine in every bite.
