15 minutes
Lettuce mix salad is a bright and fresh dish inspired by American cuisine. The combination of crispy lettuce leaves, tender romaine, tangy olives, and mushrooms creates a multifaceted flavor that surprises with its lightness and richness. An aromatic oil with cumin, rosemary, and jalapeño adds depth, filling the salad with a warm spicy note. Radish and bean sprouts provide additional texture and health benefits. This salad is perfect for a light dinner, as an accompaniment to main dishes, or as a standalone snack.

Take a deep container for easy mixing.
2
Wash all the leaves and dry them with a paper towel.
- Mixed salad leaves: 100 g
- Lettuce: 50 g

Slice the olives to a width of no more than 1-2 mm. It's better to use both black and green pitted olives.
- Large pitted olives: 30 g
4
Take small champignons (wash and dry them on a towel for easy slicing) and slice them to the same size (2-4 mm, but can be adjusted to preference).
- Fresh mushrooms: 30 g

After all the ingredients are chopped, and the salad is washed and dried, we mix everything in a large container and add all our sprouts, and gently mix again.
- Bean sprouts: 20 g
- Sprouts of radish seeds: 1 teaspoon

- Jalapeno pepper: 1 piece
- Caraway leaves: 10 g
