Indian style rice salad

Indian-style rice salad is a fragrant dish reflecting the richness of Indian cuisine flavors. It is based on basmati rice that perfectly complements tender vegetables: cauliflower, potatoes, green peas, and fresh onions. A creamy sauce made from coconut milk and rice vinegar adds an exotic touch to the dish, while spices like curry, black pepper, and hot chili create a distinctive spicy flavor. The salad is served at room temperature, making it especially convenient for meals. Historically, the combination of rice and spices is the foundation of Indian gastronomy, and adding fresh herbs like cilantro brings freshness. This is not just a salad but a true journey into a world of rich flavors and exotic aromas.
