Salmon and Kiwi Salad

Tear off 3 leaves of lettuce from the head, wash them, and dry with a kitchen towel. Then tear the leaves into small pieces by hand, discard the toughest parts/stems, and place the rest at the bottom of the salad bowl.
- Iceberg lettuce: 3 stems

Take salmon or trout and cut it into small pieces. Place it in a salad bowl on leaves. The fish can be drizzled with a little lemon juice.
- Lightly salted salmon: 150 g
- Sugar: 0.5 teaspoon

Peel the kiwi and cut it into cubes, about 1 cm. Place it on top of the fish.
- Kiwi: 2 pieces

We wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into 2, 4, or more pieces depending on their size. We place kiwi on top.
- Cherry tomatoes: 150 g

We clean the onion, cut half of it, slice it in half, and then cut into thin half-rings. Add to the salad.
- Red onion: 0.5 head

We wash the basil, separate the leaves, chop them finely, and add them to the salad.
- Green basil: 0.3 bunch

Add oil, sugar, and most of the pine nuts to the salad, mix everything, and sprinkle the remaining nuts on top. Enjoy your meal!
