Cut cucumbers and onions into small cubes of the same size, chop the cilantro, salt everything, and mix.
- Fresh cilantro (coriander): 1 bunch
- Cucumbers: 2 pieces
- White onion: 1 piece
- Salt: to taste

Preparing the dressing: first finely chop the garlic and chili pepper. Remove the green core from the garlic if present. If using dried chili, grind it in a mortar. In a separate container, mix water, sugar, rice vinegar, fish sauce, lemon juice, and add garlic and chili.
