Korean potato salad with meat, known as kamdi cha, is a vibrant representative of Korean cuisine that embodies a balance of flavors and textures. The dish originated under the influence of Chinese and Korean traditions and spread among Koreans living in Central Asia. Thinly sliced potatoes and meat infused with the aroma of garlic, soy sauce, and spices create a harmony of softness and mild spiciness. The light acidity of vinegar and freshness of cilantro give the salad a distinctive expressiveness.
