Coleslaw salad with natural yogurt is a light and refreshing dish inspired by classic American coleslaw. This version, made with natural yogurt instead of traditional mayonnaise, has a more delicate and light flavor. Crunchy cabbage leaves combine with sweet carrots and aromatic dill, creating a pleasant texture. The dressing of yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar adds zest and freshness to the salad. This salad is perfect as a side dish for meat and fish dishes or can be enjoyed as a standalone snack on a hot day. Its presentation will be even better if allowed to sit for a couple of hours to let the flavors develop perfectly. Light, healthy, and very tasty!
