Salad "Stolichny" with beef

40 minutes
The 'Stolichny' salad with beef is a variation of the famous 'Olivier' salad that has adorned festive tables in Russia since the 19th century. Unlike the classic recipe, here beef replaces the traditional meat, giving the dish a richer flavor and soft texture. Potatoes, eggs, fresh and pickled cucumbers create a balance between tenderness and crunchy freshness. Canned peas add a light sweetness, while dill completes the composition with aromatic greenery. Dressed with a mixture of sour cream and mayonnaise, this salad turns out soft, delicate, and harmonious. It is perfect for festive events, family dinners or simply as a hearty and tasty dish for everyday use. Garnished with fresh greens, 'Stolichny' consistently delights the eye and palate while remaining a symbol of warm gatherings.
