The 'Carmen' salad is a vibrant blend of Russian cuisine with Spanish passion. The name refers to the famous opera character, a symbol of sensuality and fiery nature. Indeed, this salad impresses with its rich flavor and harmony of ingredients. Juicy grilled chicken breast, golden ham, and fresh tomatoes create a rich palette of textures. A spicy dressing made from mayonnaise, adjika, and garlic adds zest and completeness to the dish. Crispy croutons provide a pleasant contrast.
