20 minutes
This exquisite Italian salad combines the tenderness of young cheese, the rich sweetness of caramelized pear, and the light spiciness of arugula. The refined blend of honey and pine nuts adds a warm nutty aroma to the dish, while balsamic vinegar highlights the balance of flavors. The origins of this dish trace back to Mediterranean cuisine, where freshness and naturalness of ingredients are paramount. Such a salad is perfect for a romantic dinner or a light snack, impressing with its harmony of flavors and elegant presentation. It pairs wonderfully with white wine and fresh bread, making the meal truly exquisite.

1
Place arugula on a plate, drizzle with balsamic, and set aside.
- Arugula: 90 g
- Balsamic vinegar: to taste
2
Cut the pear in half and scoop out the seeds. Heat honey in a pan over medium heat; when it becomes liquid enough, add the pear. Let it caramelize on all sides for about eight minutes until it turns convincingly golden.
- Pears: 1 piece
- Transparent honey: 3 tablespoons
3
We place the pear in amber caramel on arugula, and in the pan (directly into the honey) we add pine nuts for just a minute. Then we place them on the plate as well.
- Pears: 1 piece
- Roasted pine nuts: 15 g
4
Tear the cheese into small pieces with your fingers and add it to the salad. Dress everything with olive oil and garnish with black salt. Bon appétit!
- Homemade cheese: 50 g
