Cut the ends of the cucumbers, slice them in half or into three parts, then cut each part lengthwise into halves and slice the halves into 3-4 pieces.

We squeeze the cucumbers a bit and drain the juice. We pile red hot pepper, coriander, crushed garlic, and sugar on them.

- Ground coriander: 1 teaspoon

Heat the pan well with vegetable oil, keeping the fire strong throughout the cooking. Fry the meat. When the liquid evaporates, brown it a little while stirring constantly (1 minute), then immediately add the onion and mix. Then add soy sauce, fry for a couple more minutes, stirring...

And immediately pour all the contents of the pan over the cucumbers. Set aside.

Cut the pepper into thin strips, place it on the meat, and pour vinegar over it:
