The 'Stolichny' salad with smoked chicken is an exquisite version of the classic 'Olivier', adding smoky notes thanks to the smoked chicken. This salad, rooted in European culinary traditions, is a true symbol of cozy gatherings. Tender potato cubes, juicy carrots, refreshing cucumbers, and tangy pickles harmoniously combine with green peas and homemade mayonnaise. Chicken eggs add richness while herbs provide freshness and aroma. The taste of this salad is balanced: the softness of the potatoes contrasts with the crunch of the cucumbers, and the smoked chicken gives it depth. It is served both on holidays and during cozy family evenings, enjoying the richness of flavors and textures. Garnished with parsley sprigs, this salad becomes a true decoration for the table.

1
We smoke chicken thighs in our own smoker, but as you understand, you can be more modest. The main thing is to have smoked chicken that can be quickly diced into medium cubes.
- Smoked chicken: 300 g
2
Then we boil the potatoes - a little softer than 'al dente'. It's better to boil them in their skins and peel them later, it somehow tastes better. We cut them into cubes the size of dice.
- Potato: 200 g
3
We treat carrots, eggs, pickled and fresh cucumbers in the same way.
- Carrot: 100 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces
- Cucumbers: 50 g
- Pickles: 100 g

We mix everything with peas and dress it with homemade mayonnaise, which is also quite simple to prepare: we thoroughly mix mustard with egg yolks, olive oil, and salt, and gradually add olive oil while continuously whisking with a whisk, mixer, or even a fork.
- Green peas: 100 g
- Mayonnaise: 150 g

We decorate the final salad with parsley sprigs.
- Parsley: to taste
