Preparation stage: – anchovies (salted) – rinse, cut in half, remove bones, – capers (salted) – wash, soak in water for 20 min, rinse
- Salted anchovies in oil: 4 pieces
- Pickled capers: 1 teaspoon

Place the mozzarella, cut into 4 pieces, in the center of the dish.

Cut the red tomatoes, arrange them around, you can add salt but VERY sparingly, lightly sprinkle with oregano.
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Salt: to taste
- Dried oregano: pinch

Lay anchovies on the tomatoes.
- Salted anchovies in oil: 4 pieces

Black olives – whole, place on top of the anchovies
- Olives: to taste
