Boil the chicken fillet, cool it down, tear it into pieces or cut it into cubes.
- Chicken fillet: 500 g

Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the insides, and slice into half-rings.
- Red sweet pepper: 1 piece
- Yellow bell pepper: 1 piece
- Green bell pepper: 1 piece

Cut the olives in half.
- Olives: 1 jar

We cut the celery root into thick rings.
- Celery: 1 bunch

We clean the onion, cut it into half rings, and marinate it (vinegar + warm water). The marinade should completely cover the onion. We leave the onion in the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
