Celery Root Salad

Wash, peel, and grate the celery root (I use a food processor...).
- Celery root: 2 pieces

Peel the apples and remove the core, then grate them.
- Green apples: 2 pieces

Mix and dress with the juice of one lemon.
- Lemon juice: 30 ml

Add the zest of an orange (lemon can also be used, the taste is different but equally good!) to the salad.
