Red bean salad is a simple yet exquisite dish of European cuisine that combines the freshness of green salad, the richness of beans, and the delicate aroma of garlic sauce. Its origins trace back to traditional home recipes where the combination of legumes and greens was valued for its nutrition and balanced taste. Crispy croutons add a pleasant texture, while parmesan completes the composition with rich creaminess. This salad is suitable as a light dinner, a standalone dish, or an elegant appetizer for festive tables. Quick to prepare and incredibly tasty, it will be a great addition to any menu, surprising with its simplicity and harmony of flavors.

1
Tear the lettuce leaves by hand
- Green salad: 500 g
2
Pour the can of beans into the salad leaves
- Canned red beans: 1 jar
3
Throw a jar of mushrooms there too
- Canned champignons: 1 jar
4
Pour garlic sauce to taste
- Garlic sauce: to taste
5
Sprinkle croutons on top. Personally, I add croutons just before serving, as they quickly become soft due to the sauce.

Grate cheese on top
- Grated Parmesan cheese: to taste
