Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them, and cut into small cubes.

Wash and slice fresh and pickled cucumbers into strips. If the cucumbers are large, peel them. Peel the apple, remove the core, cut it into cubes, and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
