This salad with chicken, pine nuts, and pineapple dip is the embodiment of summer freshness and gastronomic sophistication. Russian cuisine is famous for its combination of rich flavors and textures, and this recipe harmoniously blends tender chicken fillet, crunchy nuts, and sweet raisins. Arugula, watercress, and romaine leaves add a spicy bitterness, creating a rich flavor balance. The main highlight is the pineapple sauce that gives the dish an exotic touch and lightness. It perfectly complements the warmth of the chicken meat, making each forkful juicy and memorable. This salad is ideal for summer outdoor lunches, romantic dinners, and light festive appetizers. The simplicity of preparation combined with elegant presentation makes it a favorite choice for connoisseurs of original flavor compositions.

1
Wash the chicken fillet, boil it, then cut it into strips 2-3 cm long.
- Chicken fillet: 400 g
2
Wash all types of salads and dry them well. If you don't like a certain salad, replace it. I don't like spicy, so I always take a bit less arugula than the other types of salad. Tear large leaves by hand.
- Arugula: 1 bunch
- Watercress: 1 bunch
- Romaine lettuce: 1 bunch
3
Wash the raisins, dry them, but do not evaporate. It's better if they are slightly sticky and dense.
- Seedless raisins: 100 g
4
We take a large bowl, add the salad, place chicken, raisins, and nuts on top. Do not mix.
- Chicken fillet: 400 g
- Seedless raisins: 100 g
- Pine nuts: 0.5 glass

Before serving, pour in pineapple yogurt. It's better if the yogurt is smooth, without fibers, and not too fatty. If you have time, it's better to make the sauce yourself using a jar of natural Greek yogurt and 200-250 grams of ripe pineapple flesh. Blend the two ingredients until smooth. But it also works well with yogurt.
- Pineapple yogurt 1.5%: 1 glass

It's better to serve the salad while the chicken is still warm; then, combined with the cold pineapple sauce, the salad will seem even more summery and fresh.
