Salad with red fish and pine nuts

Salad with red fish and pine nuts is a harmony of flavors and textures, where the tenderness of lightly salted fish combines with the crunch of nuts and the freshness of greens. This recipe draws inspiration from Russian culinary tradition, where seafood is often used in salads. Cherry tomatoes add a sweet-sour note, while spices and oil enhance the aroma and depth of flavor. Balsamic or soy dressing adds sophistication, making this salad an ideal choice for a light dinner or festive table. The simplicity of preparation and rich taste make it versatile – suitable for both everyday meals and special occasions. Try adding parmesan or feta to give the dish even more character!

1
We take a bowl for the salad and place corn salad (or arugula, or salad leaves, or spinach, or any other 'herb' you like) in it.
- Corn salad: to taste
2
We add halved cherry tomatoes, nuts, and sliced fish to it.
- Cherry tomatoes: 6 pieces
- Roasted pine nuts: to taste
- Lightly salted red fish: 200 g
3
Add salt and spices (I use Italian mix, a very good combination).
- Salt: to taste
- Spices: to taste
4
You can also add some cheese to taste, such as grated Parmigiano Reggiano or pieces of feta. For dressing, I recommend balsamic or soy sauce (just one tablespoon and the flavor will be superb!).
- Extra virgin olive oil: 1 tablespoon
