Nicoise salad with beans

We rinse and boil the beans. We put them in the fridge to cool.
- Green beans: 400 g

We boil the eggs and also cool them.
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

We wash the salad and tear it into medium-sized pieces. We place it at the bottom of the plate. We add beans.
- Iceberg lettuce: 1 bunch
- Green beans: 400 g

We slice the cucumber into rounds, the onion into rings, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. We add all this to the beans and salad.
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
- Red onion: 0.5 head
- Cherry tomatoes: 250 g

We squeeze out the juice or oil from the tuna, but make sure it is not too dry. We place it in the center of the plate.
- Canned tuna in its own juice: 200 g

Cut the eggs into wedges and place them around the edges of the plate.

Add vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper.
