Boil the potatoes and quail eggs. Cool down. Peel them. Cut the potatoes and cucumbers into cubes, and the eggs and tomatoes into halves.

Open the sprats 'Riga Gold' and drain the oil.

In a salad bowl, mix the salad mix, olives, chopped eggs, and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper, and dress with olive-vinegar sauce. Add sprats and gently mix.
