Layered salad with chicken, smoked meat, and cucumbers is a true gastronomic symphony of flavors. Its roots trace back to European cuisine, where the layered structure of the dish highlights the harmony of ingredients. Tender marinated chicken fillet, spicy smoked meat, and fresh cucumbers create an exquisite balance. A creamy sauce made from sour cream, mustard, and herbs soaks each layer together with textures. The crunch of walnuts adds a subtle flavor play while the apple gives a light tanginess. Beautiful decoration makes the dish not only tasty but also aesthetically appealing. This salad is perfect for festive occasions or cozy family dinners, providing true enjoyment to everyone who tries it.

First, I prepare the marinade: I peel the ginger and grate it, mix soy sauce with minced garlic, curry, and add ginger, then stir everything. That's it, the marinade is ready. I marinate the chicken fillet for about 40 minutes.
- Grated ginger: 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Finely chopped garlic: 3 cloves
- Curry: 1 teaspoon
- Chicken fillet: 200 g

I chop the onion and mushrooms into medium cubes and first fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, then add the mushrooms and fry for another 10 minutes. Then I add 2 tablespoons of sour cream, season with salt and pepper, cover with a lid (low heat), and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. This way the mushrooms will become very tender.
- Onion: 2 g
- Fresh champignons: 350 g
- Walnuts: 2 tablespoons

I roast the nuts separately, and once they cool down, I chop them.
- Walnuts: 2 tablespoons

During this time, the chicken meat has marinated; I dry it with paper towels and fry it until cooked in vegetable oil, cool it down, and cut it into thin strips.
- Chicken fillet: 200 g

- Chicken egg: 1 piece
- Smoked pork: 180 g
- Cucumbers: 1 piece
- Cheese: 80 g

You can make any shape for the salad. Now it remains to decorate it. For this, I make small indentations in the salad with the handle of a knife. I insert randomly torn salad leaves into them. It's better to use different salad leaves for a more impressive effect. Between the salad leaves, I insert random little roses made of sausage. It's best to use different types of sausage, including boiled, smoked, salami, and bacon, all according to your taste.
- Green salad: 1 bunch
- Dry-cured sausage: 50 g
- Doctor's sausage: 50 g
- Cooked smoked sausage: 50 g
- Ham: 50 g

I cut the tomatoes into four slices but not all the way through, slightly spread them out and place them between the salad leaves. I slice the cucumber thinly with a peeler and roll it up randomly; the main thing is that it looks cute and nice.
- Cherry tomatoes: 100 g
- Cucumbers: 1 piece

The final touch is the greenery, I play with it a bit to complement the whole composition. As you can see, there's nothing complicated in the decoration, just use your imagination and create.
- Green: 0.5 bunch
