Carrot and Ham Salad

Carrot and ham salad is a harmony of simplicity and rich flavor. Bright carrots add freshness, while ham contributes heartiness and a slight saltiness. Pickled onions give the salad a special piquancy, softened by a sweet marinade. Dressed with mayonnaise, it becomes tender and harmonious. This salad is popular in European cuisine due to its simplicity and accessibility. It works well as a standalone dish or as a side to meat. The flavor palette creates a balance between the sweetness of carrots, the tanginess of the marinade, and the rich texture of ham. It's an ideal choice for family dinners or festive gatherings.
