Salad with fried mushrooms and chicken is a cozy dish with a rich flavor, perfect for family gatherings. Boil chicken fillet in salted water. Place chicken breasts in cold water, add salt when it boils. After boiling, cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Chicken fillet: 600 g

While the fillet cools, we chop the onion finely (to cool the fillet faster, it can be cut into pieces of about 2x2 cm).

We drain the mushrooms from the can — it's better to buy pre-sliced ones. We make pieces of the same size, about 2x2 cm. In general, it's good to follow this rule in salads — all ingredients should be of the same size.
- Canned champignons: 400 g

Heat the pan with oil, sauté the onion for a couple of minutes, then add the mushrooms. The onion should turn golden. Add salt and pepper to taste at the end. Let it cool.

We take a 2-liter pot. We chop the cucumbers, the pieces should be the same, in my case, they are gherkins. So I cut the cucumber lengthwise and then slice it crosswise into 1 cm sections.
- Pickles: 12 pieces

In a pot, we place boiled and chopped chicken fillet, mushrooms with onions, cucumbers, parsley, and mix everything with mayonnaise. Salt and pepper can be omitted, as cucumbers and mayonnaise will provide salt, and we already seasoned the mushrooms.

Since the salad may be slightly warm after preparation, we cool it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
