The 'Tracer' salad with tomatoes and radishes is a fresh, crunchy, and light vegetable salad filled with the aromas of spring and summer. Its name hints at the speed and energy of the flavor that unfolds through the combination of juicy tomatoes, refreshing radishes, and zesty celery. European cuisine is known for its simplicity and harmonious flavors, and this salad is a bright example of that. It can be served as a light appetizer or a side dish to main courses, while adding avocado gives it a creamy texture. Flaxseed oil adds a special touch that highlights the freshness of the vegetables and enriches the taste with healthy notes. This dish is perfect for a summer lunch, picnic, or light dinner when you crave something fresh, nutritious, and easy to prepare.
