Turkey Teriyaki and Mango Salad

Turkey fried in teriyaki sauce is complemented by sweet mango and lingonberry sourness. For the salad, we recommend using the Tango Mix "Belaya Dacha" salad mix

Wash the fillet, dry it with a paper towel, and cut it into small pieces. Heat some oil in a pan and add the turkey. Fry over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring. Add teriyaki sauce and sesame, and fry until cooked.
- Turkey fillet: 500 g
- Teriyaki sauce: to taste
- Sesame seeds: 10 g

Pour oil into a small bowl, add two tablespoons of mustard, and mix thoroughly before adding honey. Mix well.

You can add lingonberries either fresh or frozen (thawed beforehand). Cut the mango into thin, small slices and chop the Maasdam.
