Apricot and Cherry Tomato Salad

Good cherry tomatoes are as sweet as apricots. They look great together, apricots are responsible for sweetness and softness, cherry tomatoes for sweetness and pleasant sourness. The salad needs figs - don't skimp , let it be a perfect example.

Place the washed salad in a deep bowl. Cut the tomatoes in half, slice the apricots into small wedges, and the dried figs into thin slices. Add to the salad leaves and gently mix with your hands.

In a small bowl, mix vinegar with mustard, add olive oil, and whisk until smooth with a spoon or whisk. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
