Armenian tabbouleh is an exquisite dish that combines the traditions of Eastern cuisine with an Armenian twist. At its core is tender bulgur that absorbs the aromas of fresh herbs—cilantro and parsley, juicy tomatoes, and zesty onions. This dish is characterized by its lightness and rich flavor, thanks to the harmonious blend of fresh vegetables and spicy notes of black pepper. Tabbouleh is perfect as a standalone dish on hot days or as an accompaniment to meat and fish appetizers. Its refreshing texture and rich taste make it a splendid choice for festive tables and everyday meals, adding culinary variety to the diet. It is highly recommended to chill tabbouleh before serving to fully unleash its flavors.
