We defrost the shrimp, clean them, and carefully remove the long thin intestine — the vein — from each shrimp with the tip of a knife.
- Shrimps: 4000 g

Place the cleaned shrimp, oil, Thai hot sauce, and garlic in a plastic bag and tie it. Mix thoroughly by tossing the bag in the air and let the shrimp marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, let's boil the rice noodles. Add the noodles to boiling water and let them simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes. After that, drain the water like regular pasta, rinse in cold water, and let cool.

We grease the pan with oil and lay the marinated shrimp in a single layer, frying them over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, then remove from heat and take out the shrimp.
